Sep 2009	11	Fri	All Book/Activity Bills are due. Remembrance Day: We remember our dead and pray for peace in our world. Please come and join us at 8:35 AM at the School.
	14	Mon	Pre-K and Kindergarten classes begin at 8:30 AM in the School Auditorium. 12:00 dismissal Mon - Wed. After-School begins for grades 1-8.
	23	Wed	Candy sale begins. 2 weeks only. Sale ends Friday, October 9th.
	28	Mon	Beginning of Diocesan "Standardized Reading Tests" Grades 3-8
	29	Tue	Home-School Meeting for parents of students of all grades at 7:45 PM in the School Auditorium.

	10	Sat	Students from our Parish will receive Confirmation at the 5 PM Mass

	20	Tue	School will close at 11:30 AM - Teacher's Meeting. There is no after-school program.

Nov 2009	3	Tue	Election Day - School is OPEN
	11	Wed	School Closed - Veteran's Day
	14	Sat	TACHS for all 8th Graders (Test for Admission to Catholic High Schools)
	17	Tue	Home-School Meeting for ALL GRADES at 7:45 PM in the School Auditorium. One parent must attend.
	26	Thu	School Closed - Thanksgiving
	27	Fri	School Closed - Thanksgiving Recess

Dec 2009	8	Tue	School Closed - Immaculate Conception All students are expected to attend Mass.
	9	Wed	Open School - Report Cards - Parents MUST COME and sign for Report Cards. The time is 1:30 to 2:30 PM and 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Even if you owe a bill you must still come to see your child's teachers.
	11	Fri	School Play - Grades K, 2, 4, 6, 8 Note: Tickets are NOT sold at the door!
	23	Wed	School Closes at 10:30 AM for Christmas Vacation. School reopens on 1/4/2010. - No Afterschool program! Please be sure to have your child picked up on time!

Feb 2010	15-19	M-F	School Closed - Winter Recess (All Week). After-School Program is closed as well.
	22	Mon	School re-opens. After-School Program re-opens.

Mar 2010	3	Wed	Spring Candy Sale begins - every child is expected to sell a minimum of two boxes (more, if possible).
	10	Wed	Open School/Report Cards - Parents MUST COME and sign for Report Cards. 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
	31	Wed	School Closes at 12:00 Noon for Easter Vacation. No After-School!


Apr 2010	12	Mon	School re-opens. After-School Program re-opens.
	23	Fri	Spring Play - Grades 1, 3, 5, 7. Tickets - $5 each if purchased in advance; $10 at the door.

	9	Sat	First Holy Communion at St. Francis Xavier Church
	19	Tue	Family Pasta Dinner 6 PM - Reservations Required, "Building Character Through the Arts" show follows the dinner.
